Points to be Remembered:

  1. For Individual, please mention A&N at the end of Name Textbox within bracket. For Company, please mention A&N at the end of Firm Name Textbox within bracket.

  2. Please remit the registration fee through RTGS/NEFT and keep ready the UTR No. to record in the payment column.

  3. Registration Fee Details:
      1. Rs.10,000/- in case of the applicant being an individual.
      2. Rs.50,000/- in case of the applicant other than an individual.
      3. Registration fee shall be remitted in the Indian bank, CMDA branch, Egmore, Chennai - 8.

      3. Registration Certificate as a Real Estate Agent in any other state
      4. PAN Card
      5. Aadhaar Card
      6. Address Proof (Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport / Bank Passbook / Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill) in case of Individual and Address Proof (Udyog Aadhaar / Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill / Registration Certificate) in case of Firm
